The Free Bee Bingo game rules and operating policies govern the use of any information taken or used from our website, including your registration and participation in any Free Bee Bingo game. Please read the participation rules with care. Each time you enter our web site to play any of the games offered, you are confirming that you have full understanding and acceptance of the participating rules. 1. Registration and participation rules:

In order to play at Free Bee Bingo, you must be 18 years of age or older and must read and consent to all of the described rules. Free Bee Bingo members may have only ONE active account per person. If the player information on your Free Bee Bingo account is not valid, any winnings in duplicate accounts will be void. The name on your credit card must match the name on your account. If the names do not match, any winnings in that account will be void. This credit card policy is a measure to prevent criminal abuse by using false names and/or create multiple accounts in an attempt to hide credit card fraud.

To play at Free Bee Bingo, you must register for an account by choosing a unique alias and password and providing required information such as your e-mail address. You must agree to provide true and current information and you further agree to update this information as required to keep it current.

2. Game rules and procedures:

The games are played according to the generally accepted bingo rules and procedures as posted on the "How to Play" section of the Free Bee Bingo web site, as well as other sections of the website and software and any other page that governs any particular event, game or tournament.

The Games are for your entertainment only and your participation in them is solely for your own personal enjoyment and non-professional use. You agree to keep your account information confidential and secret and not allow others to use it. Your participation in the games is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the games, you acknowledge that you do not find the games or Free Bee Bingo to be objectionable, offensive unfair or indecent. Any other entrance, access or use of Free Bee Bingo is strictly prohibited.

3. Legality of participation in games:

You may only participate in the games if it is legal for you to do so, according to the laws that apply in your jurisdiction from where you are connecting. You understand and accept that Free Bee Bingo is unable to provide you with legal advice or assurances and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you comply with the laws that govern you and that you have complete legal right to play the games. Participation in the games is void for whomever and/or wherever prohibited by law. Free Bee Bingo requires that you be 18 years of age or older to play.

4. No company employees or affiliates:

The following persons are not permitted to register with Free Bee Bingo or participate directly or indirectly in any of the games. These are: officer, director or employee of the company, consultant or agent of the company or one of its affiliated or subsidiary companies, suppliers or vendors. Any person found to have violoated this section will not be entitled to collect any winnings.

5. Copyrights and trademarks:

The term FreeBeeBingo is the trademark, service mark, and/or the trade name of the company. Further, all of the material on Free Bee Bingo, including but not limited to images, graphics, pictures animations, music, videos, text, audio and the games, belong to the company and are protected by copyright laws. You obtain no right to use such terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies by using Free Bee Bingo and the materials contained therein and/or herein.

6. Software:

You are permitted to install and use the computer program "Software" provided by Free Bee Bingo on a hard disk or other storage device and make backup copies of the software if you wish, provided that such use and backup coping is only for your own personal use to participate in the games in accordance with this agreement, and also, that the installation and use is made through a computer of which you are the primary user. The software owned by Company and/or its licensors, and its structure, organization and code are are the trade secrets of Company and its licensors. The Software is protected by international treaties, copyright laws and you obtain no rights to the Software, except to use it in accordance with this Agreement. You are strictly prohibited from, and you agree not to modify, translate, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. You may not create, publish or distribute derivative works from the Software. The Software is licensed and distributed by Company solely for the purpose of enabling the end user of the Software to utilize the Games. You agree not to create or provide any means (including, without limitation, emulators) through which the Software may be used by others, except for online play on Company's servers. You agree that the the Software will not be transferred, shipped or exported into any country or used in any way prohibited by any applicable laws, regulations or restrictions.

7. Depositing funds:

To play the Real Money Games, you must deposit bona fide funds into your Account by any of the various methods specified at Free Bee Bingo. These methods may change from time to time on the Company's sole discretion. Generally, said funds will be promptly deposited into your Account upon receipt of the funds by Company and/or its agents. The minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits depending upon your history with Free Bee Bingo, method of deposit, and other factors as determined by Company. All funds will be tracked, paid and maintained in United States Dollars, except as otherwise stated and shall not bear interest.

8. Bonuses:

The complimentary or bonus amounts credited by Company into your Account for promotional purposes, may only be used to play in the Games. You are not permitted to deposit or withdraw the amounts without first complying with the additional terms and conditions set forth in each bonus offering, and if none, then the terms and conditions set forth on the Standard Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions are by way of reference specifically incorporated herein. Additionally, Company reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts if not used within the period of time specified.

9. Cash outs:

All players who apply for a $100 minimum withdrawal will now be paid by our Freebeebingo Withdrawal Option. You simply make your withdrawal request by 11:59 PM EST Sunday through Thursday and the credit department will get back to you the following day to let you know whether or not your withdrawal has been approved. If approved, the credit department will send you an email asking you what you would like to do with your winnings- either receive all of it as a cash out, redeposit all of it or split it up and receive part of it (minimum $100) and redeposit the rest. The option is completely yours.

A player is only allowed one withdrawal request at any given time, the exception being if a request is for a guaranteed bingo game. If you have made various requests for cashouts and none of the requests were a guaranteed bingo win, then the first request will be processed and any additional requests will be placed into your player account.

10. Security checks and review and releases:

To maintain a high level of security, Company reserves the right to conduct security reviews at ay time to validate your identity, verify your financial transactions and further document your consent to this Agreement.
To facilitate the security checks, you agree to provide information, identification or documentation as required by Company in its unfettered discretion, deems necessary. If you fail to comply with a security request, Company reserves the right to void your Account. If necessary, you will receive requests for verification by email. If you do not sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility or identity, release of liability, and/or publicity authorization, your Account Balances will be forfieted.

11. Forfeiture, account closure and confiscation:

The Company reserves the right, to void any winnings, confiscate any balance and/or close your account for any of the following circumstances:

• If you have more than one active account at Free Bee Bingo
• If the name on your Free Bee Bingo account registration does not match the name on the credit card(s) or any other payment accounts used to make purchases at Free Bee Bingo
• If you participate in a Free Bee Bingo promotion and withdraw before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion
• If you provide misleading or incorrect registration information
• If you are not of the stipulated legal age
• If you connect to Free Bee Bingo from a jurisdiction where participation in the games is prohibited by law
• If you have permitted or allowed someone else to use your Account, (intentionally or unintentionally)
• If you have not played at Free Bee Bingo as an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a group, club, etc.)
• If you have "charged back" or denied purchases or deposits that you made to your Account
• If you are found cheating or if it is determined by Company that you have used or made use of a system (including computers, machines, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the system
• If you have lost the privilege of using our chat rooms for inappropriate behavior including but not limited to, complaining, foul language, advertising additional online gaming sites and/or discussing personal account transactions and details
• If you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement
• If multiple players are found to be playing from the same IP address (as in husband/wife accounts). Any multiple players playing from the same IP address must first be approved by the network manager
• If Company becomes aware that you have played at any other online gaming site under any of the circumstances set out above

12. Disclosure to third parties:

You agree to keep your Account secret and confidential and not allow any other person to use it. If you intentionally or unintentionally, directly or indirectly disclose your Username and Password to another person and such disclosure results in a third party participating in the Games using your Username and Password, such participation shall be valid and you will not be refunded any resulting losses at Free Bee Bingo regardless of whether or not the third party had your permission or not.

13. Indemnity:

You agree to hold Company, its officers, employees, directors, licensors, licensees, affiliates and subsidiaries harmless and further agree to fully indemnify them from any and all costs, liabilities, expenses and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of your entry, use or reuse of Free Bee Bingo, participation in the Games or acceptance of any cash payoff.

14. Suspension, modification, removal and addition of games:

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, remove and/or add any Game on its sole discretion and without notice. In the event of such removal, modification, suspension, or addition of any Game for any reason, Company will not be liable.

15. Abusive or offensive language:

Offensive or abusive language will not be tolerated in the multi-player Games or with Company staff. Any violation of this policy will result in the suspension of players privileges or such other action as may be required by Company to ensure compliance.

16. Confidentiality and privacy principals:

The Company is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy in accordance with the best business practices. By disclosing your personal information to Company, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage and processing of your personal information for the purpose of completing your Account related transactions and for the Company's internal administration analysis. Further, to provide better service to you, Company will collect information from you through various technologies, including the use of cookies, and may inform you of new services, changes and promotions that the Company determines you may find interesting. Moreover, Company has the right to access and disclose your information as necessary to properly operate Company systems, protect Company and end users, and to comply with any regulatory or government requests. Because of the constantly changing and complex nature of our technology and business, Company does not guarantee error-free performance regarding the privacy of your personally identifiable information and Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages relating to the use of release thereof. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from Company, you consent to the use of your name and/or winnings from Company, you consent to the use of our name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

17. Disclosure of fraudulent activities:

If, on Company's sole determination, you are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud the Games, Free Bee Bingo or Company in any way including but not limited to game manipulation or payment frauds, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to Company's operation, Company reserves the right to publicize your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other online gaming sites, credit card companies, banks and appropriate agencies. further, Company may close any account and forfeit account balances that you have at Free Bee Bingo or at any other Company website casino, and/or business.

18. No warranties and limited liability:

Your access to Free Bee Bingo, download of the software and participation in the games is at your sole option, discretion and risk. The company shall not be liable for computer malfunctions nor attempts by you to participate in the game by methods, means or ways not intended by the Company. Free Bee Bingo, the software and the games are provided to you "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. the Company does not warrant the functions contained in Free Bee Bingo, the software or the games will meet your requirements, nor that their operations will be uninterrupted or error free. The entire risk as to the use, performance, quality of Free Bee Bingo, the games and the software lies with you. The company's maximum liability to you or any third party arising out of this agreement or your use of Free Bee Bingo, the software, or the games whether for breach of contract or in tort, will be limited to the amount, if any, you paid to access party. The company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of this agreement or your use of Free Bee Bingo, the games, or the software, however they arise, whether for breach of contract or in tort, even if the company received prior notice of the possibility of such damage. In no event, shall Company be liable for any malfunctions of the software, viruses or bugs, in lost data or any other damage to your computer equipment or software. Further, company is not required to provide redundant or backup network and/or systems.

19. Settlement of disputes:

You fully accept and agree that the random number generator ("RNG") software will determine the outcome of the Games. Further, in the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on the Software and the gaming server, the result showing on the gaming server shall be the governing and official result of the Game. Moreover, you understand and agree that Free Bee Bingo and Company records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of your participation in the Games, the activity resulting therefore and the circumstances in which they occurred.

20. Notices:

If you have a dispute with regard to any outcome in the Games or other activity at Free Bee Bingo, you must submit your complaint to Company in writing within fourteen (14) days of incident by email to the Customer Service representative.

21. Entire agreement, modification and amendments:

You fully agree and understand to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and as modified and/or amended from time to time. Free Bee Bingo reserves the right to modify and amend this Agreement at any time with or without notice. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being posted at Free Bee Bingo. It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement and amendments hereto each time you play. The terms and conditions contained herein represent the complete and final agreement between you and Company and supersede any and all prior agreements, representations, or statements made by Company. PLEASE PRINT THIS PAGE AND STORE IT FOR YOUR FUTURE REFERENCE. IN ADDITION, WE SUGGEST THAT YOU PRINT AND STORE ALL TRANSACTION RECEIPTS AND GAME RULES AS APPLICABLE TO YOUR ACTIVITIES.
